Cincinnati signed Weaver.
On January 14 (Korean time), MLB.com, the official homepage of Major League Baseball, announced that the Cincinnati Reds had signed right-hander Luke Weaver.
According to MLB.com, Cincinnati signed Weaver to a one-year, $2 million contract. The contract has been officially announced.
Born in 1993, Weaver was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals with the 27th overall pick in the first round of the 2014 draft and debuted in the big leagues in 2016. He was a top prospect in the first round of the draft, but he did not perform as well 메이저놀이터 as expected in the big leagues.
